Information Security Policy

Information security is a top priority for UBITECH. To this end, the company has developed an Information Security and Quality Management System with the aim of:

  • Ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of its information within the scope of its operations.
  • Achieving its objectives with maximum possible security.
  • Reliability of the company’s partners and suppliers, with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Protecting the company’s interests, as well as those of its collaborators, as effectively as possible.
  • Providing its clients with superior services based on robust information security.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
The implementation of the Information Security and Quality Management System aims to:
  • Protect the company’s computing resources and the flow of information within its services from any threat—whether internal or external, intentional or accidental.
  • Safeguard data through archiving, virus prevention, protection against external intrusions, access control to systems, recording and monitoring of security incidents, and effective management of unforeseen events.
  • Maintain a well-defined structure for monitoring the system by clearly defining roles and responsibilities, with the Information Security Officer (ISO) playing a key role. The ISO is responsible for overseeing system operations and ensuring that all involved personnel are informed about the Information Security Policy.
  • Educate employees on information security requirements.
  • Train staff on topics related to the Information Security and Quality Management System.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats to the company.
  • Perform internal audits at both technical and organizational levels to ensure compliance with the Information Security and Quality Management System.
Through the measures already in place and those to be implemented in the future, the company ensures the achievement of its security objectives and reaffirms its commitment to the continuous improvement of security through its Information Security and Quality Management System. All employees and stakeholders involved in activities and processes related to information security are responsible for implementing the Information Security and Quality Management System as accurately as possible in accordance with their roles.
