UBITECH has proudly participated in the 11th MOBILE & CONNECTED WORLD CONFERENCE (https://www.mwc.gr/), (the first #5G focused business conference in Greece) held online on the 23rd of June 2021. This year’s conference title was “5G: From prospects to reality!” and focus on potential 5G implementation aspects and new services, presenting the views of all Greek market operators, major vendors and innovative companies in the field of 5G.
Dr Dimitris Klonidis, the Head of UBITECH’s Network Softwarization and IoT team, presented the company’s views and innovative solutions in the session “5G for Industry 4.0: The future is already here!”. The title of the presentation was “Industry 4.0 applications empowered by 5G” and focused on the required innovative solutions enabled by 5G for the management of applications in the Industry 4.0 sector, providing specific use case examples and application orchestration solutions that are developed by UBITECH under the 5G-INDUCE H2020 project.
