UBITECH Enhances mAIgov Governmental Digital Assistant with Action Bot Capabilities

UBITECH’s AiLabs team ( is pleased to announce a significant upgrade to the mAIgov governmental chatbot, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Governance, integrating advanced Action Bot functionalities powered by UBITECH’s TALOS GenAI-based tasks automation solution.

In particular, mAIgov, accessible through the mobile application, has launched a groundbreaking feature allowing citizens to request and receive their Marriage Certificate in real-time, directly to their mailbox, upon their consent. “This marks the debut of Action Bot functionality within our Digital Assistant,” stated the Minister of Digital Governance. “In the next phase, citizens will be able to request and receive various other administrative documents from mAIgov, with priority given to frequently issued certificates and standardized declarations.”

Engaging with this upgaded version of mAIgov is straightforward and user-friendly: Download the mobile application from Google Play or the App Store, if not already installed; Log in to the application using personal TaxisNet or Web Banking credentials; Navigate to the dialogue environment with mAIgov from the app’s main screen; Request (in natural language) the issuance of the Marriage Certificate from mAIgov Digital Assistant; The Digital Assistant seeks the citizen’s consent to proceed with the request; Once consent is given, the Digital Assistant confirms that the requested document, in this case the Marriage Certificate, has been stored securely in the citizen’s personal mailbox.

This upgrade marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of mAIgov, enhancing its capabilities to better serve citizens and streamline interactions with government services.
