UBITECH Marks 20 Years of Innovation and Enters a New Era with a Renewed Corporate Identity

UBITECH celebrated 20 years of dynamic presence in the Greek and international market with a commemorative event held at the Hellenic Parliament Library (former Public Tobacco Factory), marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey at the forefront of artificial intelligence and technological innovation.

The anniversary event brought together company leadership, partners, and distinguished representatives from the public and business sectors, highlighting UBITECH’s evolution from an ambitious idea into an organization with strong international reach — built on deep expertise, collaboration, and the use of AI as a driver of meaningful digital transformation.

During the event, UBITECH’s three co-founders — Dimitris AlexandrouPanagiotis Gkouvas, and Thanasis Bouras — reflected on the company’s 20-year journey and its commitment to delivering AI-powered solutions with real impact for organizations in Greece and abroad.

A central moment of the celebration was the unveiling of UBITECH’s renewed corporate identity, signaling the beginning of a new chapter. The updated logo preserves the company’s recognizability while introducing the Greek letter τ” (taf) as its defining element — symbolizing UBITECH’s Greek roots and its role as a benchmark for export-driven Greek technology. Through this symbol, the company redefines core values that have shaped its path: τech, τransformation, and τrust.

“Our journey continues — and our identity evolves to reflect who we are today and what we are building for tomorrow,” stated the Co-Founders of UBITECH.

The discussion extended beyond the anniversary milestone, with leading voices from the digital ecosystem engaging in a meaningful dialogue on the future of technology, innovation, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. The conversation was moderated by Yiorgos Nikoletakis, Founder of 100mentors.com and GenAI Summit, who emphasized that when technology is combined with vision and responsibility, it can create lasting impact — a principle reflected in UBITECH’s consistent growth.

Highlighting UBITECH’s strategic contribution to national AI initiatives such as mAIgovmAiGreece, and the AI-powered legal review system supporting the Hellenic Cadastre, the Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, stressed the importance of effective public–private collaboration in building a modern, efficient, and citizen-centric digital state.

From the private sector perspective, Gianna Andronopoulou, Managing Director of Microsoft Greece, Cyprus & Malta, underlined UBITECH’s ability to deploy AI solutions in highly critical environments with strict security and compliance requirements, noting that the company’s recognition as a Certified Government AI Software Partner reflects its commitment to reliability, transparency, and responsible AI.

The importance of trusted AI integration was further highlighted by Stathis Kehriotis, Director B2B Public, EU & International Organizations Sales at OTE Group, who noted that AI becomes a strategic lever only when it delivers measurable performance improvements and can be supported securely over time.

Concluding the discussion, Professor Grigoris Mentzas, NTUA and Director at ICCS, emphasized that UBITECH’s founders stood out early on by balancing scientific excellence with radical innovation — consistently treating technology not as an end in itself, but as a means to solve complex, real-world challenges.

With a strong focus on responsible AI, continuous investment in research and innovation, and close collaboration with the public and private ecosystem in Greece and internationally, UBITECH moves forward into its next chapter committed to creating technology with lasting value and meaningful impact.
