UBITECH is proud to announce its participation in this year’s 4th Health Run 2024, held at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (O.A.K.A). This significant event, organized by the Hellenic Lymphological Society and the Association of Parents and Guardians of Children with Neoplastic Diseases “Pisti,” highlights a unified stand against childhood cancer and aims to raise awareness of the challenges faced by families and medical professionals fighting this disease.
The Health Run is not just a run but a powerful call to action for the public and governing bodies to acknowledge the urgent needs in pediatric oncology. Through this initiative, UBITECH joins the cause to support children and families affected by childhood cancer, while also recognizing the dedication and resilience of the doctors, nurses, and parents involved.
“Our participation in the Health Run reflects UBITECH’s ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful community initiatives,” said Ms. Dimitra Aggelidou, HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, UBITECH. “Seeing our team come together for such a vital cause reinforces our shared values and reminds us of the impact we can make when we stand together in support of those who need it most.”
The 4th Health Run 2024 continues to shine a spotlight on the critical needs in healthcare and the unwavering strength of those battling childhood cancer. UBITECH, along with other supporters, hopes to inspire wider awareness and foster an environment of support and empathy for families facing these challenges.
